Done With Reality Travel acts as an independent travel agency and arranges travel services through third-party suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers. All reservations are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those suppliers.

3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change until paid in full. Availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the supplier. Additional fees, taxes, or surcharges may apply and will be disclosed when available.

4. Payments & Cancellations
Deposits and payments are required based on supplier rules. Cancellation, modification, and refund policies are determined by each supplier and may include penalties. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and understand these policies before booking.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, identification, health documents, and any other required travel credentials. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Liability Disclaimer
Done With Reality Travel is not responsible for acts, errors, delays, omissions, or negligence of third-party travel suppliers. We assume no liability for personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during travel.

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection. Declining travel insurance acknowledges the traveler accepts all financial risk for trip cancellation, interruption, delays, medical issues, or lost/stolen baggage.

8. Communications & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related messages, travel updates, and—for those who opt in—promotional SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

9. Accuracy of Information
You agree that all information provided to Done With Reality Travel is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect traveler information.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
